Remote Online Notarization includes secure ID verification, video recording (required by Texas law), e-signature technology, and digital certificate management. The $25 fee is set by Texas Government Code.
What's included in the tax preparation $100 fee?
The $100 preparation fee covers document intake, thorough review of your financial documents, preparation of a draft tax return for your review, and consultation to answer your questions. This fee is applied toward your total when you approve filing.
Do you offer discounts for multiple documents?
Yes! Additional documents notarized in the same RON session are $10 each (first is $25). For in-office notarizations, we offer volume discounts for 5+ documents. Contact us for bulk pricing.
When do I pay for services?
For notary services, payment is collected at the time of service. For tax preparation, the $100 preparation fee is paid upfront, with the balance due when you approve filing. You'll always see a clear total before any payment.

Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?
