We collect tax-related information solely based on client-provided documentation, including:
No Verification Guarantee
We do not audit, verify, or independently validate client-provided information for tax preparation unless required by law. Clients are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information provided.
Electronic Filing Authorization
By signing IRS Form 8879 or required authorization, clients authorize electronic filing. Once transmitted to the IRS or state authority, tax preparation fees are non-refundable.
Record Retention
Tax documents and returns are retained for a minimum of 7 years as required by IRS regulations, or longer if needed for legal or compliance purposes.
Apostille Services Privacy
Document Handling
Apostille services involve coordinating submission of eligible documents to the Texas Secretary of State for authentication. We handle:
