This is an appointment request. We will check availability and confirm your exact time by text/email.

  • W-2 forms from all employers
  • 1099 forms (if applicable)
  • Photo ID (driver's license or passport)
  • Social Security cards or ITIN letters (for you, spouse, and dependents)
  • Previous year's tax return (if available)
  • Any deduction or expense documentation
